This policy covers personal data collected through firstgen.apexglobal.energy. It does not cover the practices of CEEC, FirstGen Green Energy, Apexglobal Resources or any other third party we reference or partner with, each of which maintains its own policies.
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form on the Contact page: your name, company, email address, role, and the content of your message.
The enquiry form does not transmit your data to a server or database operated by us. Submitting it opens your own email client with the details pre-filled, addressed to firstgen@apexglobal.energy. The message is sent from your own email account, under your control, exactly like writing to us directly.
Once we receive your enquiry by email, we use the information you provided solely to respond to it and, where relevant, to route it to the appropriate part of the FirstGen Apexglobal platform (investment, offtake, partnership, or regulatory contacts). We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP address) under Google's own privacy practices.
Enquiries received by email are retained in line with our normal business correspondence records and deleted when no longer needed for the purpose they were collected.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask us to access, correct, or stop using personal data you've sent us, or withdraw any consent previously given. To do so, write to firstgen@apexglobal.energy.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
